Unacceptable use
All services provided by Proxies2u ("the proxies2u network") may be used for lawful purposes only. Our services may not be used for accessing financially sensitive data, (section 5) Also Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any European law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Proxies2u from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Examples of unacceptable use of our Web proxies.
- Powering Robots.
- Sending Spam and Unsolicited messages.
- Hacking and/or defacing websites and servers.
- Distributing and/or downloading Warez, and pirated software.
- Using our service to access Sensitive data. PLEASE REFER to Section (5) of this agreement for more information.

NOTICE: IF YOUR IP IS FOUND TO BE USED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, PROXIES2U WILL COOPERATE FULLY WITH ANY INVESTIGATIONS. INCLUDING RELEASING SERVER AND ACCESS LOGS.

Refusal of Service
Proxies2u reserves the right to refuse access to this site to you, cancel or suspend any services offered here at anytime.

Limitation of Liability
WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR FREE. Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to contact@proxies2u.com. All inquires will be investigated promptly.

Accessing financially Sensitive Data via Web Proxies
DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE FOR ACCESSING financially SENSITIVE DATA. SUCH AS: Banking websites, Credit Cards & Paypal.
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!
We repeat: DO NOT USE the proxy service of Proxies2u also known as Proxies2u Network to access sensitive data.
